01 — Overview
Countrywide's mortgages site lacked structure — customers found it difficult to compare products or find the right guidance, and internally there was little documentation to keep decisions consistent across teams.
02 — The approach
I designed a responsive template system covering mortgage listings, filters, guides and calculators, backed by clear design documentation so internal teams could maintain quality and consistency as the site continued to grow.
