01 — Overview
Countrywide's 60-plus regional estate agency brands each needed their own identity while running on shared infrastructure. Until then, that meant duplicated design effort and no consistency across the network.
02 — The Approach
I designed a component-based system of modular, reusable UI elements styled through brand-specific themes. So each site kept its local identity while running on centralised infrastructure and a shared CMS.
